About Your Massage Sessions Every session is thoughtfully customized to support relaxation, therapeutic relief, and overall well-being. Rather than choosing from a long list of techniques, each massage is guided by your goals, comfort level, and how your body feels that day. Sessions may include Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, cupping, Synergy hot stones, bamboo tools, manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder style), intra-oral work, and the award-winning Joe Glow Facial Massage. If you're unsure which length to choose, the 90-minute massage is a wonderful place to start.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please contact me if the cancellation is due to an illness or emergency. Likewise, if I cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your next massage will be 50% off.
